Sec. 5-90 Hours of Park Public Restroom Facilities.
   The public restroom facilities owned and maintained by the Park Board, located in the parks of the Town of Schererville, shall be open to the public, subject to maintenance and emergency conditions, during the period of April 15 through October 1 of each year from 8:00 a.m. until dusk.
