a. The Town authorities prohibit the use of any motor vehicles, which include but are not limited to motorcycle, automobile, trucks, dune buggies, go-carts, snowmobiles, etc., within the boundaries of any public park within the jurisdiction of the Town of Schererville, excluding specifically designated parking areas within a park area.
b. The Town authorities further prohibit the use of any other means of transportation or locomotion which the Police Department deems to be dangerous to pedestrians or that may damage or injure any of the park landscape, fixtures or other public property.
