a. The Activities Fee Schedule is hereby adopted and incorporated as the activities fee schedule for the activities and programs conducted by the Town Department of Parks and Recreation.
b. The Department of Parks and Recreation, and its employees and staff are hereby required to comply with all requirements of the State of Indiana Board of Accounts for handling, accounting, reporting, and depositing of said activities fees upon receipt of same. These requirements are to be overseen by the Town Clerk-Treasurer, and shall be implemented as deemed appropriate and necessary by the Town Clerk-Treasurer in conformance with applicable law and administrative requirements, as the same are amended from time to time.
