Use of the pavilions by schools which are located in the Town of Schererville shall be exempt from rental charges, so long as groups of fifty (50) or more shall pay a deposit of ninety dollars ($90.00), which shall be refunded to the extent the funds are not necessary to pay the Park Department's costs of clean up after the use.
