a. Usage shall be in compliance with all Town ordinances, park rules and regulations.
b. The limitation on the number of persons allowed to use shelters shall be (before a special exception is given):
Redar, Rohrman, Stephen Shelters | 150 |
Plum Creek Shelter | 75 |
All other park shelters | 25 |
c. A variance may only be granted by the Park Superintendent or Park Board.
