a. 1. The schedule of fees for non-lessee users of athletic fields shall be as follows:

2. Any waiver or reduction of rental fees shall be at the sole discretion of the Schererville Parks and Recreation Board.
b. Day rental deposit.
1. In addition to any of the above referenced fees, the renter must pay a rental deposit of $150 per day.
2. Users shall be charged from their deposit for any trash not properly disposed of, any extra materials used to prepare or restore the field, any facility damage, and any costs associated with park personnel and/or services related to the above.
3. Rental user shall be required to execute and agreement in a form presented by the Town Parks and Recreation Board. All income shall be placed in the Park and Recreation Fund. (Ord. No. 1270, § 2, 2-9-94; Ord. No. 1270A, §1, 2-23-94)
