Discharging of firearms, weapons, explosives, etc., other than in authorized, permitted shooting areas, no person except park and/or enforcement officers of the Board or other law enforcement officers while in the line of duty, shall discharge or cause to be discharged any firearm, fireworks, rocket or noisemakers within or adjacent to the park without a specific written permit from the Superintendent.
