Sec. 5-27 Disorderly Conduct. 4
   a.   Disturbing the Peace, Loudness, Fighting - No person shall disturb the peace or good order of the community within or adjacent to the park. Illustrations of such disruption include, but are not limited to the loud playing of televisions, radios, tape recorders, noise-makers, sound equipment, or fighting, quarreling or threatening violence to the person or property of others.
   b.   Unlawful Assemblage or Property Damage - No person or group shall collect within the park, in bodies or crowds, for unlawful purposes, or in riotous assemblage, or intending to annoy, harass or inflict property or bodily injury upon another person or persons, or inflict damage to the park.
   c.   Loitering, Vagrancy - No person or group shall loiter in or near any building, structures, facilities, vehicles, motorcycles or cycles, or on or about bicycles within the park that would disrupt or disturb other activities.
   d.   Unlawful Entry of Facilities - No person shall unlawfully enter any park facility which is not open to the public at time of entry.
   e.   Unlawful Entry of Restrooms - No person, except authorized park employees, on duty, or park and/or law enforcement officers, shall enter a restroom set aside for the opposite sex.
   f.   Assault or Bodily Injury - No person shall willfully assault or commit bodily injury upon another while within the park or be engaged in or abet or aid in any fight, quarrel or other disturbance.
   g.   Gambling - No person shall be allowed to engage in any form of gambling while on park property.

   h.   Possession of Liquor, Marijuana, Narcotic Drugs - Any application for permit for the use of any park within the system, by any individual or group, which contains therein a request for the consumption, possession and/or serving of alcoholic beverages shall be submitted to the members of the Paries and Recreation Board for a recommendation to the Town Council concerning whether or not to grant permission for the same. The members of the Town Council shall then, at their next regularly scheduled meeting after receipt of said recommendation, determine, in their discretion, whether or not permission should be granted. The decision of the members of the Town Council shall be final and binding on the applicant.

   i.   Profanity and Abusive Language - No person shall use obscene, profane or abusive language while within or adjacent to the park.
   j.   Unlawful Sales, Soliciting, Hawking, Begging, or Peddling - No person shall beg, hawk, peddle or solicit within, or adjacent to, the park without a permit.
   k.   Equal Rights of Others - Every person shall conduct himself with due regard to the equal rights of others to the use and enjoyment of the park.
   l.   Persons Acting Unlawfully to be Removed from Park.
      1.   No person shall remain within the park who does not abide by conditions adopted and posted by the Board for preservation of good order and the protection of property within the department.
      2.   No person shall remain within the park who does not abide by the instructions and directions of duly authorized employees or agents of the Board in the lawful performance of their duties.
      3.   Any person directed by the Superintendent, employees or agents of the Board to leave the park shall do so promptly and peaceably.
   m.   Unlawful to Resist, Obstruct or Abuse Enforcement Officers - No person shall resist, obstruct or be abusive of, or address in a profane or obscene manner, the Superintendent, Park Board members, law enforcement officers of agents of the Board.
   n.   Failure to Comply with Orders of the Superintendent or his Duly Designated Agent - No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any reasonable order relating to the regulation, direction or control of the traffic, or to any other order lawfully given by the Superintendent or law enforcement officer acting under the authority of the Board, nor shall he willfully resist, obstruct, assault or abuse the Superintendent or law enforcement officer or any other official in the execution of his office.
