Sec. 4-233 Penalties. 11

   Failure to comply with an provisions of this Article by operator or a driver of a taxi cab shall be subject both the owner and the operator of the cab to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Any violation of this ordinance by the owner and/or operator of a taxi cab shall submit said license to forfeiture at the discretion of the Town Manager for the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
