Sec. 4-218 Vocation of Cable TV Monies Collected.
   a.   Cable TV monies collected may be utilized for the promotion of local government in the Town of Schererville as well as for repairs to streets, alleys, and ditches located in the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
   b.   Cable TV monies which are specifically designated as Innkeeper's Tax shall be utilized for the promotion of tourism within the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
