Sec. 4-217 Violations.
   Failure by the cable operator to comply with the terms and conditions established by this Ordinance, including its attachment hereto, shall constitute a violation of the Cable Television Franchise Ordinance of the Town of Schererville, said penalties for such violation are subject to the conditions of penalties set forth in § 1-15 of this Code.
