Sec. 4-206 Fees Charged by the Plat Review Committee. 8

   The following fee schedule is approved and adopted and is effective from this date:

      Establishing lot-of-record from metes and bounds legal description   $50.00

      Creation of one (1) lot subdivision (Commercial or Residential)   $75.00

      Creation of two (2) lot subdivision (Commercial or Residential)   $100.00

      Zoning Fee (Per Petition)                  $25.00
