a. The Metropolitan Police Department shall charge fees for the following services, which shall be furnished to any person entitled to receive said information:
1. Incidents reports: $.10 per page.
2. Accident reports: $8.00.
3. Photographs: $7.00.
4. Vehicle identification number checks: $5.00.
5. Video tapes: $2.00.
6. Audio tapes: $1.00.
b. All fees for incident reports, accident reports, photographs, vehicle identification number checks, video tapes and audio tapes shall be deposited into the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund (LECEF).
