a. Annual permits shall be issued upon payment of the applicable fee:
1. Kennel authorized to house fewer than six dogs or cats $ 150.00
2. Kennel authorized to house six or more but fewer than 10 dogs or cats $ 200.00
3. Kennel authorized to house 10 or more dogs or cats $ 250.00
4. Breeder permits $ 100.00
5. Pet shops $ 200.00
6. Riding Stable $ 100.00
7. Auction $ 100.00
8. Zoological park $ 200.00
9. Circus $ 200.00
10. Grooming shops $ 50.00
11. Petting Zoo $ 150.00
12. Guard-dog training center $ 200.00
13. Miscellaneous Hunting Permits $ 5.00
b. Every facility regulated by this ordinance shall be considered a separate enterprise requiring an individual permit.
c. No more than five (5) dogs and/or cats combined over the age of three months may be kept on any residential, commercial or other premises within the town unless the owner or owners of the animals hold a valid permit.
d. No fee may be required of any veterinary hospital, animal shelter, or government operated zoological park.
