Applications for permits contemplated under the provisions of this Ordinance shall be made upon the forms prescribed by the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, and shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Schererville, Indiana. Each and every such application, except applications of not-for-profit associations or organizations, shall be accompanied by a filing fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), which fee shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. Such application shall be filed not less than ten (10) days prior to the meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, at which time the same is to be considered and granted or denied. The Clerk-Treasurer shall furnish copies of said application to the Fire Chief, Police Chief, and each member of the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
