Sec. 4-106 Insurance Requirements.
   Any sponsors or operators of an outdoor event will be required to show proof of financial responsibility in the form of liability insurance to cover injury to person or property of not less than one millions dollars ($1,000,000.00) in respect of bodily injury or death to any one person and not less than three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) in respect of any one occurrence or accident, and not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for property damage. No permit shall be issued until said proof of liability insurance is submitted with the Application for Permit.
