Sec. 4-104 Parking Requirements.
   Definite parking areas must be established in cooperation with the Schererville Police Department, to accommodate any outdoor event. Residential streets shall not be used for parking for said outdoor event, unless permitted by the Chief of Police of the Schererville Police Department.
