Any person, firm, corporation, organization or association, foreign or domestic, sponsor-ing or operating an outdoor event which dispenses and serves beer and/or liquor must rope or block off said area where beer and/or liquor is dispensed and served, with only one (1) entrance to this area and said area must be posted with a "No Minors" sign. Responsibility for ascertaining age (21 or over) lies with the sponsor or operator of the event. Serving of any beer and/or liquor must end no later than 11:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 p.m. Sunday.
