Sec. 4-95 Penalty for Violation.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Division shall be fined in a sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each day that any person shall violate any of the provision or section of this Division shall be deemed a separate offense hereunder. Each day such violation is committed shall constitute a separate violation.
