Any and all persons procuring a license under this Division shall wear conspicuously upon his person a badge reflecting his permission and license which shall be furnished by the Town and shall not be transferable. A five dollar ($5.00) deposit for such badge shall be required of all such persons which deposit shall be returned o depositor upon the return of the badge to the Clerk-Treasurer within five (5) days of expiration of said license.
