a. Any Alarm User who has more than two (2) false alarms in any calendar year shall be fined for each false alarm in excess thereof occurring within the same calendar year. The fine shall be in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each false alarm thereafter.
b. A fine shall be due and payable by the Alarm User within ten (10) business days after written notice of the violation.
c. All fines shall be payable to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town and deposited to the General Fund.
