Sec. 4-72 Local Alarms.
   a.   Local alarms with any externally audible alert shall not make a sound similar to that of Civil Defense Warning Systems.
   b.   Such local alarms in residential districts must have an automatic cut-off after thirty (30) minutes of sounding.
