a. Within ten (10) days after the initial installation of an alarm system, and within ten (10) days after a modification of an existing alarm system, the alarm equipment supplier shall deliver to the Clerk-Treasurer a certification by it that the alarm system is installed and operating in accordance with standard industry practices and in compliance with applicable laws and ordinances.

b. No permit shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer without the satisfactory compliance with the certification required herein.
