Every alarm user shall, prior to installation of an alarm system, pay a registration fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00). (Every alarm user incorporating a Direct Line or Public Trunkline into the communication center of the Police Department shall pay in addition to the registration fee one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) per year fee for the privilege of accessing said line.)
Every existing alarm user not incorporating either a Direct Line or Public Trunkline directly into the communication center of the Police Department may register with the Clerk-Treasurer their alarm system upon the completion of the appropriate registration form and payment of the registration fee.
