Any person, party, firm or corporation which violates any of the provisions of this Division shall be subject to a fine in an amount not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each offense. Each day of the existence of any violation of this Ordinance shall be deemed a separate offense. The remedy provided herein shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law, including, but not limited to, injunction.
