Sec. 4-41 Reasons for Suspension.

   Any business license issued by the Town may be suspended or revoked by the Town Council for any one (1) or more of the following reasons:

   a.   Violation by the licensee of a Town requirement or ordinance;

   b.   Violation by the licensee of any rule, law, statute or regulation of the State of Indiana or of the United States, or any department or division thereof;

   c.   Misrepresentation or falsification of statements in the application for license, or renewal thereof;

   d.   Any cause deemed just, but which cause shall not be unreasonable, arbitrary or capricious
