Whenever inspection is required by the duly designated Town Official investigating the application for a business license, the duly designated Town Official shall be permitted to inspect the premises where the business would be conducted, at any reasonable time. A licensee shall be required to permit inspection of the business premises by the duly designated Town Official after issuance of the business license, at any reasonable time, to ensure conformance with the provisions of this ordinance and all other applicable Town requirements and ordinances.
