Sec. 4-35 Fees Paid to Clerk-Treasurer.
   All fees for the licensing of a business within the Town shall be paid in advance at the time application therefore is made to the Town Clerk-Treasurer. All business license fees collected pursuant to this Division shall be paid into the General Fund of the Town.
