a. The Schererville Police Department shall be required to inspect and supervise this registration. The Police Department shall make periodic inspections of all commercial establishments within the town and inspect all such devices, games and machines and ensure they are properly operating for the protection of the public.
b. Any device, machine or game not registered shall be promptly reported to the Clerk-Treasurer and the Police Department.
