a. The registration fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the registration of each video game, electronic game or cigarette machine per year.
b. The term of registration shall be one year commencing January 1, 1989 and beginning each successive first day of January each year thereafter and commencing on December 31 of each year.
c. Said registration fee shall be paid on or before February 1 of each year.
d. Any machine, game or device brought into the town or placed into service prior to July 1 of any year shall pay the full one hundred dollar ($100.00) registration fee.
e. Any machine or device or game brought into the town or placed into service after July 1 of any year shall pay fifty dollars ($50.00) as registration fee for the remainder of that registration period only.
