a. The Town recognizes that some devices or games may be rotated from time to time by the owner of any device or game. No new registration fee is required if any such game or device is moved from one location in Schererville to another location in Schererville,
b. The owner shall be required to notify the Clerk-Treasurer of the rotation of any machine, device or game within the town, into the town or out of the town within ten (10) days of their rotation or movement.
c. A registration fee paid on any machine or device shall not be refunded should any machine or device be removed prior to the expiration of the term of registration.
