Sec. 3-120 Role of Town Judge.
   The Town Judge for the Town of Schererville, Indiana in passing sentence upon a finding of guilt or liability related to a violation of Schererville Town ordinance shall have the discretion to assess community service in lieu of part or all of any fine imposed.
