Sec. 3-112 Exceptions to Procedures.

   Any individual who violates the following ordinances shall not be provided the option of prepaying and must appear in court:

   - Speeding in a School Zone;

   - Speed in Excess of Twenty-six (26) Miles per Hour over the Posted Limit;

   - Open Container Violation;

   - Curfew Violation;

   - Vandalism;

   - Nuisance Violation;

   - Zoning Violation;

   - Junk Vehicle;

   - Failure to Obtain a Building Permit;

   - Failure to Obtain a Contractor's License.
