Any individual who is charged with a violation of a town ordinance in the Town of Schererville, Indiana who wishes to acknowledge liability for aforesaid violation and pay fine and costs prior to his assigned court date shall be provided that opportunity by paying a fine of thirty-one dollars and fifty cents ($31.50) plus court costs of sixty-three dollars and fifty cents ($63.50).
