Any party who violates any of the provisions of any ordinance of the Town of Schererville for which another penalty is not specifically provided, and which is a continuing violation, commits a non-payable violation which must be enforced through the Lake County Court. The fine imposed shall be not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than two-thousand five-hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Each day that said violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
