Sec. 3-97 Town Attorney to Enforce. 31

   Unless specific town ordinances or state statutes provide otherwise, or are in conflict herewith, all ordinances of the Town of Schererville which carry fines for their violation, and do not provide for or require injunctions, declaratory judgments or other monetary penalties, shall be enforced by the Town Attorney, or special prosecuting attorney as designated according to the procedure set forth in this ordinance, as amended from time to time.
