The Court costs imposed and applied by the clerk of the Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana for violations of the ordinances of the Town Code of the Town of Schererville or for infractions of the Town Code of the Town of Schererville confirm to Indiana Code, § 33-19-5 or as follows:
a. A charge of $50.00 for infractions or Town Code Ordinance violations.
b. A charge of $3.00 for a law enforcement continuing education program fee where a defendant in any action is found to have committed a crime, violated a statute defining an infraction, or violated an ordinance of the Town of Schererville.
