Sec. 3-52 Method to Vacate Alleys and Public Ways. 26

   Whenever the Town Council of the Incorporated Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana, shall desire to vacate an alley or alleys or a portion or portions thereof, within such town, and shall determine that public necessity, public convenience or public interest require the vacation thereof, it shall adopt a declaratory resolution to that effect setting forth said desire and determination to vacate said alley or alleys, or portion or portions thereof, and vacating the same.
