Sec. 3-1 Five (5)Member Council.

   a.   The Town Council is the Town legislative body. 2

   b.   The Town Council consists of five (5) members. 3

   c.   The members of the Town Council shall be elected at large by the voters.

   d.   The members of the Town Council shall be residents of the district (ward) to which they are elected to represent.
