Sec. 2-432 Purchasing Agent.

   a.   The Purchasing Agency is authorized to designate in writing one (1) or more individuals to act as a Purchasing Agent for the Town of Schererville, Indiana.

   b.   The Purchasing Agent shall assume the duties, powers and responsibilities assigned to a Purchasing Agent and to a Disposing Agent as set out in Indiana Code, § 36-1-9 and § 36-1-11.
