a. There is hereby established for the Town of Schererville a Park & Recreation Grants Non-Reverting Fund pursuant to the provisions of I.C. §§ 36-1-3-1, et seq., as amended from time to time.
b. The newly established Fund shall be funded with special grants received by the Schererville Park & Recreation Department.
c. The Fund established hereby shall be reviewed annually by the Town Council. The funds directed to be deposited into the Fund shall be utilized solely for the purposes set out in each special grant received by the Park & Recreation Department.
