a. There is established a special fund which shall be known as the Schererville Safe Kids Chapter Fund.
b. All monies collected by way of grants or donations and deposited in the Schererville Safe Kids Chapter Fund shall be utilized for the purposes of benefitting or enhancing the Child Safety Seat Program of the Town of Schererville and for the purpose of helping to reduce unintentional injuries and deaths to children under the age of 14.
