a. There is established a Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund for the Schererville Town Court. This Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund may be used to supplement probation services and to provide the salaries for probation officers within the Probation Department of the Town of Schererville, and may not be used to replace other funding of probation services.

b. The monies deposited in the Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund shall not revert to any other fund at the end of a fiscal year, but shall continue to remain in the Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund for the purposes contemplated by law, namely, supplemental probation services and salaries for probation officers.

c. Monies deposited into the Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund are those monies which the Town Court shall order a person convicted of a proper level of crime to pay to the Town Probation Department as a Probation User's Fee and/or a Probation Monitoring Fee, as provided by applicable law, as amended from time to time. The fees assessed and collected may include an initial Probation User's Fee and subsequent monthly Probation User's Fees, and/or a Probation Monitoring Fee, as provided by applicable law, as amended from time to time. All Probation User's Fees and Probation Monitoring Fees collected hereby under Orders of the Judge of the Schererville Town Court shall be deposited into the Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund established herein.
