a. A Petty Cash Fund is established within the Town Court of the Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana. In establishing the Petty Cash Fund, the Town Court shall establish and maintain all statutory and proper procedures for the transfer, use and expenditures of monies from said Petty Cash Fund.
b. The Clerk-Treasurer of the Town is authorized and required to transfer the necessary funds to said Petty Cash Fund of the Town Court to effectuate the purposes required for said Petty Cash Fund, pursuant to statutory requirements.

c. The Schererville Town Court Petty Cash Fund shall be established in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
d. The Schererville Clerk-Treasurer of the Town is authorized and required to transfer the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to said Petty Cash Fund of the Town Court to effectuate the purposes required for said Petty Cash Fund, pursuant to statutory requirements.
