Sec. 2-410 Downtown Revitalization Fund.
   a.   There is established a special fund which shall be known as the Schererville Downtown Revitalization Fund.
   b.   The funds collected by the Schererville Downtown Revitalization Committee shall be deposited in aforesaid fund and shall be utilized for the purpose of redevelopment of the Schererville downtown area.
