a. There is established the special fund which shall be known as the "77th Avenue Road Improvement Fund."
b. Said fund shall be financed or funded through the collection of one-half (1/2) of all fines paid into the Schererville Town Court regarding violations of the overweight vehicle ordinance on 77th Avenue.
c. The "77th Avenue Road Improvement Fund" shall be utilized for the specific purpose of maintenance and improvements to 77th Avenue as deemed necessary by the Town.

d. Fifty percent (50%) of any and all fines collected by the Schererville Town Court for violation of the weight restriction on 77th Avenue shall be paid into the "77th Avenue Road Improvement Fund."
e. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of any and all fines collected for violation of aforesaid ordinance shall be paid into the "Police Equipment Fund."
f. The court shall collect and disburse court costs as previously established by statute.
