Sec. 2-405 Special Non-Reverting Operating Fund for the Police Department D.A.R.E. Program.

   a.   There is created and established a special non-reverting operating fund for monies received for the benefit of the D.A.R.E. Program.

   b.   Any expenditures from the special non-reverting operating fund may be made without appropriation; subject, however, to the appropriate and requisite claim forms approved and used by the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Schererville.

   c.   The money deposited in said fund shall be used for the following D.A.R.E. related programs:

      A.   Adult Education

      B.   Youth Education

      C.   Tickets

      D.   Special Events

      E.   Seasonal Activity

      F.   Field Trips

      G.   Summer Recreation
