Sec. 2-402 Special Vehicle Inspection Fund.
   a.   The revenue from the inspection fees addressed in Chapter 4 of this Code, shall be deposited in a special vehicle inspection fund.
   b.   The fiscal body (Town Council) must appropriate the money collected from the inspections only for law enforcement purposes.
