Sec. 2-397 Clerk-Treasurer's Separate Fund.

   a.   There is established a separate fund for the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Schererville.

   b.   Twenty-five percent (25%) of all fees and monies collected pursuant to Ordinance No. 1084 (fees charged to register electronic or video games set forth in Chapter 4 of this Code) as amended from time to time, shall be deposited into said separate fund for the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Schererville.
