a. The “Firearms Training Fund” established as a separate category in the General Fund of the Town.

b. Funds may be expended by the Schererville Metropolitan Police Department for the purpose of training law enforcement officers in the proper use of firearms for other law enforcement duties and that said expenditures shall be in accordance and compliance with established rules for accounting and expenditure of funds as established by the Indiana State Board of Accounts.
